Movers & Shakers Property Networking Breakfast Club

Membership provides access to our premium level Breakfast Forums at the Savoy. The Breakfast Forums are designed to bring together the leaders and influencers across the Real Estate Industry and public sector. ‘Membership’ enables us to maintain audiences’ representative of the top tier businesses and individuals in the Industry, delivering maximum value to our members, with the very best opportunities to collaborate, engage, share knowledge and understanding, and do business!

Membership also offers discounted rates and priority booking across all other Movers & Shakers events and conferences (incl. Core Forums 'On Location', our ‘BTR Forum’, 2-Day ‘Creative Industries Property Summit’ – CIPS, etc).

Applying for Membership:

Prospective members can apply to join as an Individual, Corporate or Corporate+ Member.

There is an opportunity to trial a Breakfast Forum before joining (at the non-member’s rate).

Our Membership Criteria is that your organisation must be able to deliver reciprocal business, and there must be availability in your Industry sector. The number of members in each sector is limited to ensure a balanced mix of interests across our audiences.

Membership Options:

There are three categories of Membership - an Individual Membership - created for smaller businesses, and a Corporate or Corporate+ Membership, which is designed for larger corporates, who will be bringing along clients and guests.

Individual Membership

  • Access to the Movers & Shakers Property Breakfast Club Forums (Note: attendee places charged when booked – at member’s rate).
  • 1x Members Rate attendee place per Breakfast. Additional places at the guest rate.
  • Reduced rate to attend Movers & Shakers events and conferences outside of the Breakfast Forums. Each event charged on an individual basis.
  • 2x Members only Drinks Receptions per annum.
  • Access Delegate Lists in advance - sent 24 hours before each event to assist in planning your networking.
  • Members have a priority option to sponsor / partner on Movers & Shakers events.
  • Online Members Area Access to event slides, delegate lists, the members list, your bookings and receipt centre.

Corporate Membership

  • Access to the Movers & Shakers Property Breakfast Club Forums (Note: attendee places charged when booked – at member’s rate).
  • 5x Member’s Rate attendee places per Breakfast. Additional places at the guest rate.
  • ‘Branded Tables’ of 10 can be booked - set in a prominent position. All 10 places charged at the member’s rate.
  • Reduced rate to attend Movers & Shakers events and conferences outside of the Breakfast Forums. Each event charged on an individual basis.
  • 2x Members only Drinks Receptions per annum.

  1. A 'Branded Table'* of 10 at all 4 consecutive breakfast forums (one per quarter), each at the reduced cost of 9 places (member's rate).
  2. Corporate+ Member organisations will have their logo displayed on the Movers & Shakers Website Events page; as well as the breakfast holding slides and in the electronic delegate pack. 
  3. Your 'Branded Table' will be set in a priority position in the ballroom.
