The Breakfast Club Forums are our premium events and are Members Only, with the opportunity to book and trial an event before becoming a member.  Held once per quarter, these events are designed for senior-level individuals and organisations across the Real Estate Industry. 

Membership is limited to organisation that can deliver reciprocal business and enables members to attend the Breakfast Forums (at the member's rate), and also offers discounted and priority bookings at our other Movers & Shakers events and conferences.

Movers & Shakers Core Forums ‘On Location’ bring our expert speakers and networking opportunities on-site at key developments across London. 

Our Core Forum event model includes approx. 3 hours of topic-based content, tours, and an early evening networking drinks reception (Timings: 1.00pm – 7.30pm).  

Typically attended by c. 150 - 200 Real Estate leaders and influencers from the private and public sectors, for constructive conversation and debate: within a networking-focused environment.

In 2025 we will hold our 11th ‘BTR Forum' + 2nd 'Creative Industries Property Summit' (CIPS).

11th BTR Forum - 2025 – This will be held once again in October, venue tbc - www.buildtorentforum.co.uk.

2nd Creative Industries Property Summit (CIPS) – Due to the success of our first CIPS conference, #CIPS2025, will be a 2 Day event - June 24th and 25th in London. Day 1 will be a full day of conference sessions: panels, fire-side conversations, presentations, and keynotes. Day 2 will bring a morning of Innovation led sessions and workshops, with fringe activities and both indoor and outdoor activations and performances. More details to be released shortly!

CIPS is all about delivering mutual value and recognising the significant role of the creative industries in socio-economic growth in the UK, and in particular, how the real estate and creative industries can work together as an agency for positive and purposeful change!
