Mike Woolliscroft
Chief Strategy Officer

Mike Woolliscroft is a member of the Vistry Group Executive Leadership Team and Chief Strategy Officer. He also oversees Vistry’s London and South East Divisions.
Mike is a respected leader and is passionate about delivering great places through regeneration and partnerships, having spent over 16 years in senior roles at Countryside Partnerships and The Berkeley Group.
Our residential-led projects are reference points for good design and community development, as well as delivery through high-performing partnerships.
Mike is also Chair of the Housing Group for the Construction Leadership Council.

Fiona Fletcher-Smith
Chief Executive
L&Q

Fiona has been L&Q’s Chief Executive since 2020. With over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector, Fiona has worked in a variety of voluntary and public sector roles including advising homeless people in Dublin, housing management, development and regeneration, strategy and policy development.
Fiona was previously L&Q’s Director of Development and Sales, spearheading a £5.1 billion development programme. Whilst in this role, Fiona led on our development and strategic land programmes, including landmark projects such as the 10,800-home Barking Riverside development. She also oversaw the group’s expansion beyond the South-East and delivered change programmes to improve both the efficiency and diversity of our Development and Sales function.
Prior to joining L&Q, Fiona was Executive Director for Development, Enterprise and Environment at the Greater London Authority (GLA). As part of their senior management team, Fiona was responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of key strategies such as the London Plan and overseeing the operation of the Mayor’s powers in relation to significant planning applications in the capital.
Fiona is the current chair of trustees at the Centre for London, helping the capital’s think tank to meet their charitable objectives. Between 2023 and 2025, Fiona was Chair of the G15 group of London’s leading not-for-profit housing associations, which provide around one in ten homes for Londoners.

Alex Taylor
Senior Vice President, Development Investment
Telford Living

Alex Taylor is Head of Living at Telford Living. In this role, Alex leads the day to day running of the business. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand TL's development business across the UK Living sectors.
Prior to joining Telford Living as a Deal Principal in February 2024, Alex was Head of BTR Development & Investment at Unite Students. Prior to this, Alex was Development Director at Unite Students and responsible for the sourcing and delivery of new PBSA developments across all phases of the development process.
Since 2009, Alex has been involved in the development and acquisition of £4bn plus of UK PBSA & BTR. He has over 15 years of PBSA and BTR expertise with a focus on acquisition and delivery across the UK living sectors.

Michela Hancock
Chief Executive
Hilltop Property Partners

Michela Hancock is the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of Hilltop Property Partners, a UK-based firm focused on addressing the under-supplied rental housing market through attainably priced, amenity light, professionally managed homes. Before establishing Hilltop, she held senior leadership roles in the Build-to-Rent sector, most recently as Managing Director for Greystar Europe, overseeing their third-party platform and strategic partnerships. Her prior roles included Director at Grainger and working on a pipeline of BTR developments at The Bozzuto Group in Washington D.C.
Michela is a board member of CREFC and Real Estate Balance, and she holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.

Joanne Drew
Executive Director Housing & Regeneration, Enfield Council
Co-Chair, London Housing Directors’ Group, London Councils

Joanne is Executive Director of Housing and Regeneration at LB Enfield and co-chair of the London Housing Directors Network. She has worked in housing across the UK for central, regional, and local government, for housing associations and a national social justice charity driving transformation and the delivery of better outcomes for people, places, and the planet. At Enfield she leads a large-scale housing business and regeneration agenda. Enfield is also co-lead Borough for the London Council’s pan London Climate Change programme for warmer and greener homes through housing retrofit.

Simon Scott
Lead Director, Living Capital Markets (UK)
JLL Europe

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the field of residential investment and development, and was actively involved in the development of the student investment market in an advisory capacity, and led in a number of innovative funding structures working with both Housing Associations and Universities in making institutionally acceptable investment assets in the residential sector. Simon is now overseeing the residential investment team and will be focused on matching investor appetite for residential investment, whether off plan bespoke developments or existing portfolios of income producing or reversionary assets.
