UK Head of Sustainable Investment & Partnerships at Prologis UK, leading strategic government engagement and partnerships to unlock sustainable investment, innovation, and economic growth in industrial logistics. Supporting Prologis UK’s position as one of the world’s most sustainable corporations and a global leader in industrial logistics real estate.

Jason serves as Chair of the South Midlands Region Business Board, driving regional economic development, investment, and business growth. He is also President of the UK Business Council for Sustainable Development (UKBCSD), helping shape national policy on clean growth and sustainability. In addition, he is a Non-Executive Director advising SMEs on clean growth and innovation across the UK’s net zero and green economy.

He has held senior board roles across both public and private sectors, delivering major initiatives including the Humber Energy Bank (offshore energy), the Oxford to Cambridge Growth Corridor, Bradford Clean Growth City, and City of Culture 2025. Jason also chairs the Zero Carbon Challenge for the South East Consortium, sits on the UK Business Group Alliance for Net Zero, and contributes to the SME Net Zero Working Group for the UK Government Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). He continues to champion cross-sector collaboration to drive sustainable economic investment and growth into the UK.

Simon Delahunty-Forrest

Simon is the Acting Assistant Director within the Planning and Development service area for Birmingham City Council. As a qualified Architect Simon is Birmingham City Council's lead design advisor championing design quality within the built environment. Having responsibility for 'Specific Specialist Areas' such as the City Design Team, City Centre Planning Management, City Centre Development, Enforcement and Householder Simon encourages and enables the highest standards of Place Making, Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Arboriculture, Historic Conservation and Landscape Design across all new development in the City for the benefit of all the citizens of Birmingham. Simon is known for his ability to successfully combine Architecture and Urban Design to create holistic environments and is responsible for recent Masterplans such as ‘Birmingham Curzon HS2 Masterplan for growth’, ‘Birmingham Smithfield Masterplan’, ‘Langley Sustainable Urban Extension’ and most recently the ‘Rea Valley Urban Quarter Masterplan’. This includes acting as the focal point on design issues and stimulating design quality through multi-agency project team working and close interaction with external developers, key stakeholders and partners in relation to the design of new development being promoted and managed through the Planning and Development Service that reflects the international standing of the City of Birmingham. Simon is listed in the Birmingham Central University ‘Sphere of Influence’ the 50 top influencers within the architecture and landscape sector to graduate from the Birmingham School of Architecture.

Vanessa has been overseeing the development of a social value framework for the business globally and manages the social innovation agenda including the Loneliness Lab. Prior to joining Lendlease in 2017 she has 15 years’ experience working in both the not for profit and public sectors in Australia and Malaysia across economic development.
