The impacts of the current crisis have been unprecedented, in terms of its speed and scale, both in respect of existing projects and the potential longer term effects across the property and construction sectors.
In the ‘Construction Market Review’ published in April, Mark Farmer, [author of the seminal ‘Modernise or Die’ report 2016], will explore the challenges facing our industry, the potential impacts on macro-economics and knock on effect on the built asset investment and transaction markets. What are the likely challenges facing the supply chain and the labour market? How will construction pricing be affected? Will inflation be absorbed by reduced demand and a reduction in margins, or will costs soar? Is this a time for major Governmental support and incentives to drive change and innovation? How should the Industry respond?
Join us for what promises to be a stimulating and informative session.
