‘Real Estate’s Part in Driving UK Socio-Economic Growth’ – Inclusively | Sustainably | Prosperously.

Kicking off the New Year, this Breakfast Forum will open with a look at the prospects for 2025, with a  ‘UK Real Estate Market Insights Presentation,’ providing insights on the market, trends, and forecasts across the different real estate asset classes.  

Our main panel session will then bring together Real Estate leaders, along with the public sector, to discuss the investment / development landscape, and the opportunities and challenges for the year ahead (and beyond The aim is very much to take stock of the UK Real Estate industry, against the current economic and policy backdrop, and to generate candid and honest conversations that break down barriers and look at potential solutions and innovative models for sector specific growth.

As always, we will be focusing on the big social challenges, alongside the economic ones. Addressing ways in which ‘growth’ can be inclusive and sustainable, and serving the local community at its core. Real Estate is ideally positioned to be able to impact social issues, but this requires good partnerships with the public sector and other key stakeholders.
