Wiredscore and Smartscore Platinum rated, the building is evidence of a living lab approach, designed, delivered, and occupied by the member firms specialising in all aspects of the built environment, where they are validating their design and its performance ‘real- time’.  It is home to Sidara 150 Holborn home, brings together their member firms in the UK in one collaborative space.
