This timely Movers & Shakers Forum will open with a keynote presentation by Kelly Beaver MBE (Chief Executive, UK & Ireland, Ipsos UK); who will give us the ‘big picture’ perspective on Levelling-Up and what public opinion is on the Government’s plans to level-up the UK, and more specifically, London. Armed with the facts and figures…, we will look at what role the Property Industry can play in creating a capital city where ‘opportunity’ is more equally spread across its geographical landscape?
How can private and public sector better collaborate to achieve this ambition?
We welcome another expert panel of leaders from the private and public sector, to take history to task, and address disparity in terms of quality of life, homes, opportunities, skills, employment etc., across London. With a focus on the key issue of housing provision; how can we ‘level-up’ London: whilst growing productivity and supporting economic recovery across the UK? Has central Government got the plan right? Is investment heading in the right direction(s)? Are the Boroughs empowered and convinced that things are moving in the right direction?
Join us at our Forum on November 1st, to engage and debate these key issues; creating opinion and output to challenge and support, where necessary, the changes taking place. Limited to 100 places, to optimise the event’s networking value; we look forward to welcoming senior Industry and public sector individuals to an afternoon of sessions, followed by early-evening drinks and canapes overlooking London.
