The ‘Building Back-to-Business’ series. City Focus: London
Bringing together private sector and political leaders, to provide an insight into the London Real Estate Market - the opportunities, the challenges and the plans!
What is happening in the London Real Estate Market right now?
Our first live In-person event of 2021 will provide an update on the London Property Market, and an insight into the Government’s agenda for ‘building Back-to-business’. Be informed and ahead of the game!
Economic Recovery & Opportunities to win work!
As the Country focuses on economic recovery, where are the opportunities across the London Property Marketplace? What sectors are performing best? What is shaping the investment agenda, and where is the money heading? Plain and simple, on the ground opportunities - to drive business in the Capital over the next 2-3 years!
People, Homes, Community, Quality of Life…
Building-back-to-business, kick-starting development and driving investment into the capital is imperative; but, of course ‘good growth’ isn’t just measured with an economic parameter. Environmental sustainability, local community + social outcomes, liveability + affordability, quality of life and culture; are all critical areas to be considered and valued in the Built Environment and infrastructure of the future. How does this influence the investment agenda and the Local Authorities decision-making?
The Future… A ‘Responsible’ Built Environment…
This event brings together leaders and influencers from both the Private and Public sectors, to discuss the Capital’s opportunities, obstacles and important issues for the Built Environment.
If you want to find out where the opportunities are to win work and do business in London; this event will explore the market, the investment prospects and the key areas that impact success and contribute to environmental and social sustainability; providing people with affordable homes, good health provision, and a space, place and community to thrive in!
